Our medical center is an offspring of the brilliant William J. Oswald, MD’s family medical center (May His Soul Rest In Peace). The medical center has been in existence for over 30years, during which it has touched the lifes of very many people in our community and beyond . This medical center is God's blessing to us and we know it will be a blessing to you and your family. We are striving to be exceptional and will always extend our very best ability to everyone that comes to our medical center.

Dr. Ozoigbo is our President/Medical Director. He is a board certified Family Physician. He graduated with an MD from The College of Medicine, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, Nigeria. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at The University of Tennessee Family Medicine Residency Program, Memphis, Tennessee where he also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Dr. Ozoigbo is bilingual. He is married to his sweetheart, Silvana Nnenna. He loves music, movies, soccer, basketball and swims/works-out frequently to stay fit and healthy. He is also involved in other health related outfits, community services and entertainment.

Silvana Nnenna is our administrator and the lovely wife of Dr. Ozoigbo. She gained a wealth of experience at various administrative levels in the banking and finance industry before joining Valcee Medical Center. She makes the day to day activity of our medical center run effortlessly! With her are Ebonique McCarter and Connie McConnell
